Tracking your order

Wrong address disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Ronyes Official is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. There's 6 months warranty.
Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away. You may return the goods purchased on the RONYES OFFICIAL website within 3 months from the date of receipt of the goods for any reason or no reason but excluding the shipping fee. Items must accompany a proof of purchase and be in new, re-sellable condition. Custom items are not eligible for return.
In the unlikely event, the bags are damaged or defective, RONYES will pay for the shipping.
Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.
